The Pacific Mennonite Children’s Choir (PMCC) is launching its new season in September, and welcomes interested singers to audition. The next audition date is Tuesday, June 28th, 2016.
PMCC is a choir for children ages 8 to 18, founded in 1978 in the Fraser Valley. For 38 years the choir has exemplified the best in choral tradition, discipline and dedication.
The choir has toured in countries such as Canada, the USA, Austria, Germany, the Ukraine, Italy and Korea.
In July, PMCC will travel to England with artistic director Betty-Ann Vroom, where they will perform with other children’s choirs from around the world.
While there, the choir will have the amazing opportunity to perform in Canterbury Cathedral. The children will also visit historic sites such as Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle, among others.
